We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £75 or more and FREE delivery to Europe when you spend £150 or more.

Standard Delivery - within 5-7 working days, however we aim to deliver your items as soon as possible. FREE for orders to the UK when you spend over £75 & £3.95 for orders under £75. You will receive a confirmation email of shipment.

International Delivery - we aim to deliver your items within 10-14 working days or as soon as possible. FREE international delivery on orders over £150 & £15.95 for orders under £150. You will receive a confirmation email of shipment.

We hope that you love your purchase but in the unlikely event that this is not the case you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused & in its original packaging. We do not cover the cost of postage for returns. 

It can take up to 7 days for our team to receive and deal with your request. You will receive a confirmation email when your request is complete. If you have not heard from us within 10 days, please contact us on hello@isabellacharles.com. Please be aware that it can take up to 3 to 4 days once we have processed a refund payment to appear on your bank statement.
